Scott Winters and Angela Pedersen, together with their families, are very pleased to announce their engagement to all of their relatives and friends.
Scott proposed to Angela after he sang Elvis's "Love Me Tender" to her at his 50th birthday party, in front of all their family and friends. It was a wonderful, very memorable moment!
