Mr & Mrs Karl Collawn of Bumpass, VA and the mother of the bride Debra Rawlings of Hopewell, VA are pleased to announce the wedding engagement of their daughter Kelley Collawn to Lance Brandon Carter, son of Mr & Mrs Mark A Carter. Montpiler, VA.
The couple became engagement on Sept 2010 and the wedding was held on Nov 20 2011 at The Full Gospel Church in Woodford, VA. The ceremony was performed by Reverend Thomas Carter Sr Lance's grandfather. Reception followed the wedding service at the church. Lance Carter and Kelley Collawn attending high school together and will be residing in Glen Allen, VA (Henrico County) after the honeymoon.
