There was a night seven years ago
When we first met, but the date we don't know
We were in college, fun times we had
Somehow Cody turned into a respectable lad
He graduated from Redlands in 2005
And cant wait for the wedding so he can do the hand jive
Amy graduated in 2004
And since she met Cody her life is never a bore
Our engagement announcements a little bit late
But please forgive us, we haven't even set a date
So to sum it all up, we are getting wed
