Step 1: Prepare your eye area. Bottom and top using light eye cream foundation.

Step 2: Apply an eyeshadow base. I'm actually going to use my fingers instead of using a brush, because your fingers give a little warmth to the product. The product smooths on a lot better and it's easier to work with. I'm using Nars for multiple is south peach. I'm going to start by applying it to my lid, tapping it on and then moving slightly to the crease area.

Step 3: Highlighting the brow bone. I will start by applying Mac dazzle light underneath my brow arch. Now that I've highlighted by brow bone.

Step 4: I'm ready to carve out my crease area. When you are applying a colour to the crease area, you always want to use a matt texture. Go back and forth to apply the colour. And once you've achieved the desired amount of colour - you can go back and make circular motions to blend this out.

Step 5: Now I'll go back and use a bigger flat brush to blend out my colour. I've go right on the edge of the colour, versus right in the middle of the crease were I want to see my darkness, back and forth just to blend it out.

Step 6: We can apply a little bit of an eyelid colour. I'm going to use Mac Eyeshadow "All that Glitters", right in the middle of the eyelid. Were ever your brush first touches down you'll get your most colour.

Step 7: Now I'm going to define my eyebrows an little bit. I'm going to use Mac Eyeshadow in "Mystery". I prefer eyeshadow versus an eyebrow pencil, because it's a softer look. Now if you watch here, this is my favourite way to shade in a brow. Start at the very bottom of the brow and create a flawless line. We'll take that flawless line and push the colour up into the brow.

Step 8: Now it's time to give us a little more of an arch, so then again we'll go underneath the brow and maybe a little on top of the brow and we'll cheat a little bit. It's ok to give yourself a little more of an arch. So raise that arch - now we'll finish with a tail. You don't want to see a perfect line here, so make sure you use only a small amount of shadow.

Step 9: Take your brow brush and brush upwards lightly to lighten the colour you chose. There's my finished eyebrow. Now I feel like it's given me more of a frame to work with for my face.

Step 10: Now it's time for eyeliner and then we'll go over contouring the eye. We are going to use the same brush as well used for the eyeshadow colour which is the Mac 263, it's synthetic, I always use it for my Mac Fluid Line. Fluid Line is a liquid liner that's waterproof and it lasts all day.
When applying liquid liner, always start with a little bit of product, it's easier to add than take away. Start on the very outer edge of the eye and work your way in. Any areas that you feel may not be perfect, go back and almost tap on top on them to create more of a flawless line. Make sure that both eyes are even and both eyes look the same.

Step 11: Now it's time to add a little contour. Use a black, dark brown or even a purple, depending on which colour palette you're using. Now I'm using the Mac 263 brush, which is small angle brush but perfect for powder. Start right at the very end of the liquid eyeliner. My brush is like an arrow so the longest part of the brush is out to were I'm working towards. I'm going to shape just on the very outter edge of the lid up into the crease area.

Step 12: Rather than using a pencil or liquid line I use powder underneath my eye almost creating a natural shadow effect.

Step 13: Now I'll take a little powder through the crease and almost round the eyelid, this is almost like a contour for the eye and I'm using the same angle brush. Now we'll take out lines, no harsh lines and we'll drag that colour out slightly.

Step 14: Now to make sure that we're blended, we'll use our blending brush. Just on the very outter edge, make sure we have clean soft lines. Now you can see this eye compared to my other eye. Most women will stop at the previous step, but this eyeshadow finish helps to give that little bit more drama. Maybe the dramatic look isn't for you, but this is fun for making you look finished everyday. The dramatic look is still soft enough for daytime.
Step 15: My favourite part is curling my eyelashes. May sure you get you of you lashed in the curler, squeeze three times. Do this to both eyes. What this does is opens up your eyes and brings your lashes out.

Step 16: I use two mascara's; one to serparate and give me definition, I used Mac X Mascara, it does clump at all. I build my lashes quite a bit by adding extra product. When I'm done with this, I typically go back and do a volumising mascara. If you're really into the lashes, I would really recommend doing two mascaras. If it's not such a focus for you, one mascara is just fine. Remember to do your bottom lashes. Now we'll do a black Dior mascara, it's the best volumising mascara on the market. This double mascara is for the more dramatic look.

Step 17: The last step; is to place concealer it under your eye area. Concealer is one of those products that I always use my finger for. Use a very moisturing concealer versus a matt concealer, it's so much more natural.

Step 18: With your finger, tap in the concealer around the eye area, do not rub it in, this way you not rubbng away product and your brushes are not absorbing any product as well. A little around the nose and some around the lips. If you have any redness through you T-Zone, you can put a bit on concealer there too.
